Project N°2023-1-ES02-KA210-YOU-000148177, known as Net Refugee, officially kicked off its journey on September 28th, 2023, during an engaging online meeting where all partner organizations united to set the stage for empowering young refugees and migrants. This exciting initiative, designed to equip the youth with essential skills for self-employment and integration, is poised to make a significant impact in the field of migration and entrepreneurship.
Hosted by Fundación Más Vida, the online meeting welcomed participants from various partner organizations, each of them bringing their unique perspectives and expertise to the table. The meeting's agenda was packed with informative sessions and engaging discussions, reflecting the enthusiasm and dedication of the Net Refugee team.
The meeting commenced with warm welcoming words from Fundación Más Vida, the driving force behind the Net Refugee project. An overview of the participating organizations, including Fundación Más Vida, DEVELOPIA, Welcome Home International, and Learning for Integration, was presented to provide a comprehensive understanding of the project's network.


One of the pivotal moments of the meeting was the in-depth presentation of the Net Refugee project, with insights shared by Fundación Más Vida and DEVELOPIA. Participants had the opportunity to grasp the project's core objectives and its potential to empower young refugees and migrants in various countries.
Project management topics, including budget and payments, bilateral agreements, chronogram, and other crucial details, were addressed in the meeting, with Fundación Más Vida and DEVELOPIA taking the lead in facilitating discussions.


Ensuring high-quality project delivery was also a central theme, with Learning for Integration presenting a quality plan to enhance the overall effectiveness of Net Refugee.
The meeting featured a brief break to reenergize the participants before delving into discussions on project dissemination. DEVELOPIA and Welcome Home International provided valuable insights into the dissemination plan, first steps, and the creation of a project website and logo, reflecting the project's commitment to reaching a wide audience.


The meeting concluded with Fundación Más Vida summarizing the day's discussions and expressing gratitude for the collaborative efforts of all partner organizations. This meeting marked the beginning of an exciting journey towards empowering young refugees and migrants with the skills they need for self-employment and successful integration into society.
